Main Reunion Dinner Details
Date: 22nd October 2016
Time: 7pm
Venue: Grand Ballroom in Intercontinental Hotel located in Dubai Festival City.
Cost: US$ 200 that includes a half-day city tour on 22nd morning.

Getting a Visa:
For an additional charge the event organisers can organise your visa's for you.  Simply check the box on the registration form and they will be in contact

Airport Meet & Greet:
For an additional charge the event organisers can organise a meet and greet service from the airport to your choosen accommodation and for the return journey.  Simply check the box on the registration form and they will be in contact.

Additional Activities
You can book and pay for these additional activities via regsitration form or by emailing the organisers direct.

Desert Safari, 6hrs, $55 per person
The tour starts at 2:30-3:00pm where you will experience the thrill of a roller-coaster tour down the high ever-changing sand dunes. Stop to absorb the beautiful views and gaze at the sunset. Upon reaching a traditional Bedouin camp, you could choose to go for a brief camel riding session. Then unwind on cozy carpets and cushions, savoring Gahwa a traditional Arabian coffee and fresh barbeque dinner made of Continental and Oriental dishes. Live tanoora dance and a bewitching belly dance compliment an authentic Arabian extravaganza. Try henna tattoo or the lingering taste of Shisha. Return back to the hotel by around 9:00-9:30 in the evening.
 
Dinner Cruise, 2 hrs, $50 per person
The Cruise starts by around 8:30 PM. While traveling on the creek, you will see both sides of Dubai, the new Dubai and old Dubai along with a clear view of Heritage Village which is like a postcard at night, a preserved old fishing village till the 1960s. A complete contrast from the tall glass buildings that populate the skyline of the surroundings. Throughout the journey, there will be pre-recorded music playing in the Dhow with continental buffet. We also have an array of entertainments for our guests onboard like tanoura dance, magic show etc. to punctuate your Arabian Dhow Cruise experience.
The tour finishes around 10:30 PM.
