This year we celebrate 40 years since Concord became fully co-educational, with all students, male and female, learning together on the campus at Acton Burnell.
To mark this milestone we are organising a reunion of former staff and students who were at Concord either at Attingham Park or Acton Burnell in the 1970s/80s and would like to have a look behind the scenes and enjoy a wonderful gala dinner in the evening.
We hope you will join our special celebratory weekend which is to take place on the 1st and 2nd April 2023 at Attingham Park, Shrewsbury and also Concord College.
If so then join our celebratory weekend for former staff and students on the 1st and 2nd April 2023.
The event will start on the afternoon of Saturday 1st April with a 'behind the scenes' tour** of many of the old Concord school rooms of the Attingham Mansion with a member of the National Trust, which now cares for the property, followed by afternoon tea.
In the evening, we hope you will also join us for our delicious Gala Dinner at the Lion & Pheasant hotel in the lovely town of Shrewsbury (cost of £42.50pp* for a three course meal). This will be followed on Sunday morning with a tour of Concord College in Acton Burnell - a great opportunity to see new and old buildings alike!
*We are experiencing some issues with PayPal, it is safer to pay your £42.50 for the gala dinner by bank transfer to:

**Places for the Attingham 'behind the scenes' tour are limited as the corridors, rooms and stairs are tight. You are welcome to bring partners but we ask, if you are bringing someone with you, that priority for the tour goes to former students. If we have too many people then partners will be able to enjoy the grounds and mansion's public rooms during the afternoon.
